See below some of my settings.
dsp.alsa.device=default
mixer.alsa.channel=PCM
mixer.alsa.device=default
mixer.oss.channel=PCM
mixer.oss.device=
output_plugin=alsa
If I change mixer.alsa.channel to anything else I cannot change sound levels
(I can *try* and change w/o error messages, but nothing happens). Is there a
way to change some of these settings so that cmus will use separate sound
levels?
Thanks in advance!

Hi,

I'v read through this: http://sourceforge.net/mailarchive/message.php?msg_id=24833816 thread as this almost describe my question.

I'm using Debian Squeze (amd64) with ALSA, no Pulseaudio and cmus (v2.3.3) is controlling my PCM levels.
