Well, subject line says it all! Enjoy!

Also, don't forget that to filter e.g. "Björk", you can type "Lbjo", and the
magic will happen ('L' is a default shortcut for :live-filter, and you can use
e.g. 'o' instead of 'ö' etc. for faster typing).

Also, short filter expressions work too, so you can ":live-filter ~y>2008" and
so on. Short filter expressions are fully described in cmus' manpage, of
course.

Brilliant. Manual is good too.

What about a default shortcut (maybe 'F'?) to clear all filters?

I wonder if the 'filtered:' message would be better in the status bar
(say '[~Tinari]' for a filter on 'Tinari')? Maybe could follow whatever else
on the RHS.

Cheers,

Hello Martin,

'F' is used as filter shortcut. You can use 'F' and <enter> to clear all
filters (live and normal), and 'L' & <enter> to clear just live filters.

This has already been discussed on the mailing list [1]. It was agreed
that the status bar is already too crowded... can you give an example
(in text form) how it would look like?
