[PATCHES] Clang static analyzer fixes

Here is a couple of things I've found building cmus on OS X with Clang
static analyzer. Other reported stuff is false positive, as far as I
can tell.

Patches seem to be all good to me! I never tried the static analyzer, I
have to check it out!
